No. Planner AI helps you organise tasks and evidence. Final approvals and local requirements remain with the relevant authority and qualified professionals.
Which regulations does it cover?
You can track projects in the UK, Gulf countries, all EU countries, the United States and Canada. Automatic regulatory checks are currently available only for England. For other locations, the project tools work, but local rules must be confirmed separately.
Can I share progress with an inspector?
Yes. Share links offer a read-only view of project checks and stages without a login. They expire automatically.
Do you store my drawings?
Uploaded evidence lives in encrypted storage. You own it and can export or delete any time.
How is this different from a project management tool?
A general project tool stores tasks and files. Planner AI keeps your site photos, tasks and inspection records together. For projects in England, it also suggests checks for the type of work. You can use it alongside Trello or Microsoft Project.
